Stamp proposals must be submitted in writing to the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee. The U.S. Postal Service and members of CSAC have set certain criteria used in determining the eligibility of subjects. No. To purchase stamps and stamp products, please visit the Postal Store® online at www.usps.com/shop. Simply search for a stamp or stamp product by its item number.

Can I get a print copy of a Beyond the Perf issue?
Beyond the Perf is currently only offered in an online format, but you can use the print feature located at the top right corner of the page to make your own hard-copy collection.
